Create one account, confirm your age and eligible state, and submit one free entry for the event unless its event-specific terms state another free-entry limit.
Winner selection
Eligible entries are frozen at close, canonicalized, cryptographically hashed, and selected through the published randomness provider. The public verification record includes the manifest hash, algorithm version, and winning entry number.
Winner verification
Potential winners must confirm eligibility before fulfillment. If a selected person is legally ineligible, an auditable alternate-winner process is used without overwriting the original draw history.
